Technicians can now provide a reason when rescheduling an order. Reschedule notes are saved and visible within Blu Star, improving communication between technicians, schedulers, and office staff.

Lead Technician Alerts for Multi-Tech Orders
Added alerts to help lead technicians identify and manage multi-technician orders more effectively.

Document Upload Validation
Added validation to the Document Upload workflow requiring users to select a document type before uploading. This helps prevent failed uploads and improves data quality.

Offline Event Updates
Resolved issues related to updating events while offline. Events now remain visible and properly sync once connectivity is restored.

Offline Order Rescheduling
Fixed an issue that could cause order rescheduling to fail or become stuck when performed without an internet connection. Offline changes now sync successfully once the device reconnects.

Offline Lead Creation
Resolved an issue where lead submissions could become stuck in an "uploading" state when created offline. Leads now save locally and synchronize correctly when connectivity returns.

Inspection Point Scanning
Improved inspection point handling to prevent duplicate inspection point records from being created when the same inspection point is scanned multiple times.

Material Selection
Fixed an issue where materials could be unintentionally added to an order simply by entering application information. Materials are now only added when explicitly selected by the user.

Date Entry During Rescheduling
Corrected an issue that prevented manually entered dates from being accepted when rescheduling an order.

Vehicle Selection in Day Management

Implemented a new background sync process (default option is now background sync)
Background sync allows users to sign in > start syncing > minimize the app on their device > sync continues in the background and completes when the application returns to the foreground of the device.
Sync classic is still available by toggling the setting in the tools page
